On the 2nd December in the Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo, SGS proudly opened its doors to the general public, presenting The Perfect Nanny, SGS Christmas Show. This magnificent debut, based on the story of Mary Poppins was performed in front of a full house.

The high standard of this musical with its entertaining performance, magic and live songs captivated the audience. Over 250 performers on stage: actors, dancers, musicians (The Symphonic Orchestra), the choir and all the production team ensured that everyone had an unforgettable evening.

It was a moving night full of talent and excitement for the performers and audience alike. Expertly staged, the musical interpretations and portrayals were faultless. The costumes, choreography and lighting reflected the professionalism of all involved. Once again in the true spirit of the School, the students demonstrated that their talents can be combined, without any detriment, with their academic studies.

We are very grateful to all involved for making this dream a reality and for demonstrating with one act, what we are capable of achieving as a community.
