In May 2016, ninety-five Grade 5 students took the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint Exam as part of the development of the CIE programme at St. George’s School. This was only the second year for SGS students to take this international exam in English, Mathematics and Science. The results from the three days of exams can be seen on the following charts. SGS students, representing 14% of candidates in the country, scored higher than the other Cambridge schools in Colombia in all three areas, and ranked above the Cambridge schools around the world in nearly all strands in each subject.
