On 28th February, the consulting firm Sapiens Research published the list of the 100 best schools, rated by the subjects taught. We very proudly announce that Saint George’s School was once again in first place.
According to the República Newspaper, only 840 of the 13,400 schools in the country classified in the ranking of the 100 best. Of these, only 37 were singled out for the five subjects listed by the Sapiens Research Group (Science, English, Reading, Maths and Social Sciences). This scrutiny has been carried out since 2013 and the results are published in February/March. It is worth mentioning that the rating stems from the ‘Ranking Col-Sapiens,’ (the best Colombian Schools evaluated by category, quality and International Accreditation), published in August 2018. We are very proud to be among the ten best performing schools (Ranking Col-Sapiens,2018) and now top of the 100 judged for the 5 subjects.
According to our headmaster Jaime Acosta, the success is due to the consistent hard work of students, teachers, employees and parents who make this school different, innovative and dynamic in response to the demands of an ever-changing world. He firmly believes that society can be transformed by upright, socially responsible citizens who are aware of the needs of our planet.
We will continue to provide our students with a quality education whilst nurturing their spiritual and physical wellbeing.
